An Employee comes and register.
An Employer comes in same way and register.
Then employee send resume.
Same way company posts jobs.
Then again employee may apply for particular job .
Same way company or employer may send request to employee after looking his resume. That's it !

Employee or Seeker Table
Employee or Seeker Table contain two similar data, first for job seeker personal detail and second for job seeker resume detail.You can separate these two similar data in separate tables. For simplicity we put both in same table. Column number 13 to 16 for resume detail. Column number 17 and 18 for control over sms and mail in this system. Candidate own location may be different than job location so four different column for handling the same.
Employer or Company Table
Employer or Company Table contains 9 common fields for employer detail data.
Job Register Table
Job Register Table maintain job posting detail.Hirer Or Employer will post a job that will maintained by job register table. This table contains employer id as foreign key.It contains job related all detail. Column number 3 is job_skills which contains comma separate values.
Applied Jobs Table
Applied Jobs Table directly related to jobs which was applied by seeker.As soon as job seeker will apply on a job it's entry will maintained by applied jobs table. Job Id will be used as foreign key.
